PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP
Tomorrow will see the inauguration of Donald Trump as 45th President of the United States and will mark the commencement of the four-year term of Donald Trump as President and Mike Pence as Vice President.
I would like to take this opportunity and wish Donald Trump and Mike Pence all the Very Best for tomorrow..!!
CHANGE
It is all about change..!!
Within hours of the inauguration it is expected that there will be a number of high profile Executive Orders being signed as Trump pursues change from day one.
These changes will continue as the United States embarks on mammoth task to project its authority to the rest of the World which appears to have somewhat retreated.
The test of Donald Trump as the new President is going to be in a number of areas, including that of breaking Washington, the ability to Govern both Republican and Democrats, and the presence of being a World Leader to name but just a few.
On the World Stage all eyes will be on the way he handles the challenges for likes of terrorism in Syria, Iran conflict, North Korea, Russia, China and cyber attacks all of which will demand United States leadership.
FINANCIAL DEMAND
National Debt will no doubt be at the top of the Financial Agenda and one that will sit alongside the Global challenging issues that are to be met.
It has been encouraging to see in the run up to the inauguration that Donald Trump has surrounded himself with some of the most talented people from finance with a number of high profile Blockchain Advocates bolstering the firepower of this Financial Team.
I guess only time will tell what he decides to do with the National Debt whether he looks to attempt a haircut of Treasury Bonds or some other form of Debt Restructuring programme.
Either way I would imagine that the Foreign Holders of US Treasury Bonds will be waiting patiently for some kind of guidance on which path he takes.
JOBS
Beyond the challenging Global Issues and Financial Demand, Jobs will be high on the agenda.
Infrastructure spending will be the catalyst for the increase in Jobs and I would imagine that soon into his Presidency Donald Trump will formally announce a +$1Trillion Infrastructure Spending Programme.
Infrastructure Spending is the only real boost to the Economy that would have immediate effect and one that I believe would have been better than the $Trillions spent on foreign wars in the past.
These are exciting and challenging times not only for the United States but for the rest of World as the tone set by Trump in the first couple of months will reverberate throughout the rest of the Global Economy.
Once again I would like to take this opportunity and wish Donald Trump all the Very Best for tomorrow..!!

With Trump's inauguration tomorrow, I thought this thinking might be useful.

I am a voluntarist, so I support free trade and blockchain technology, and am against governemnt usurting individual rights in the name od any collective. That said, government is not going to disappear overnight (partially because only a small number of people are so far ready to accept responsibility for their own actions and welfare). I think that Trump is an order of magnitude better than Obama to be in charge of the U.S. government apparatus.
The article I sited doesn't seem to me to take a political stance. It just gives a clear-eyed look at what Trump's policies will generate in the coming days.

The way I see it things couldn't be any worse. The U.S. is in a serious financial Debt Crisis and The Donald will taggle it head on. It's going to be rough but it needs doing. Trump all the way..!! Thanks for the support. Stephen
I'm a Trump supporter, I voted for him because I just couldn't stand the thought of another Clinton being in office...too much scandal there. I have just often wondered how much power a president truly has, especially when the liberals are so against him. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I do wonder at times. LOL

Excellent post, @stephenkendal, let's hope that he is allowed to get on with the job at hand! With the Reps in control of the house, he should be able to get things done. I do feel sorry for Obama; he could have been a seriously good president but so much was blocked by the GOP/Tea Party.

TIL: the CIA has plans to spike Trumps water with a debilitating amount of LSD-25. I can only hope this is true.
I can't stand that guy, wanting to reignite manufacturing here in the US again, re-negotiate bad trade deals, wanting to exploit all of our natural fuel resources rather than depend on other countries, lower taxes to help actual tax payers which will raise the GDP, not let lobbyists influence his decisions, wants to stop unknowns from entering our country illegally, will attempt to stop government overspending on goods and services, unwilling to rack up $100,000,000 in taxpayer paid vacations over the course of his presidency, and on and on and on.................Makes me sick!
