1st Amendment Comes to Twitter - Only If You Want To Troll POTUS
A judge ruled it's unconstitutional for Trump to block trolls on Twitter - because all of the sudden they have 1st Amendment rights! (which no one else on Twitter has.) Interesting the 1st Amendment guarantees you the right to troll the President, but absolutely nothing else on Twitter.
Either Twitter gives no one 1st Amendment protection, or it gives it to everyone. There's nothing in the Constitution about the President's Twitter account and why it's different.
This probably helps those who advocate free speech more than the authoritarian "left" because of the precedent it sets, that people have 1st Amendment rights on social media.
He can always mute them. Let's see how it plays out.
