There is a growing sense of transformation and an energized call to action and demonstrations since Trump came to power. People have mobilized and protested in the millions around issues that are close to their hearts that Trump tried to negate or impose on them. Women came out in hundreds of thousands...against Trump's policies on women's issues...

What does all this mean?
"Donald Trump lost the popular vote. His electoral victory came with fewer people than can be seated in many stadiums. And yet the whole idea of Trump, the idea that someone could run for president on the basis of overt racism and sexism. That someone could make an appeal to the nation based on the most extreme form of xenophobia, simply bodes badly for the US and it's relations with the rest of the world."

And if the US thinks it can do without the rest world it is gravely mistaken, as it will find out shortly after alienating practically every country it once had good relations with, like Canada for example.
