RE: This is not what I voted for!
I agree with you that policy is more important than narrative. No doubt about it. The thing is, there is no policy. He literally has not passed a single major piece of legislation in the last seven months, and all his executive orders are just bullshit paper tigers that fall to pieces when checked by the judicial branch.
Also, a fucking white supremacist terrorist murdered an American and injured over a dozen others. It is now an incontestable fact that these terrorists feel emboldened by Trump, and they interpreted his reaction as a wink and nod of approval. He then gave them cover by drawing false equivalence between Nazis and the protesters that were there specifically to stop Nazis.
Again U post a piece that is false. Ur muted
I'll call BS on that. Trump has been denouncing both groups (especially KKK) for years and years. Of course the MSM "forgets" this all the time which is why you keep seeing it said/quoted all the time that he doesn't. Jump to 5:15 for a timeline of many of his denounces
Personally I can't believe people believe this crap. Trump's grandchildren, daughter and son in law ARE JEWISH.
His reaction was 2 days late and noticeably scripted and forced. He then proceeded to draw false equivalence between the Nazis and the protestors who showed up specifically in opposition of Nazis. He's not just getting roasted by the media. Republican politicians and big business CEOs are now distancing themselves from Trump as his brand becomes even more toxic.
