Mar-a-Lago update.

The appeals court grants the DOJ's partial stay in the Mar-a-Lago case. So they can now review the classified documents that they seized.

2 of the 3 judges were Trump appointees. They ripped apart Judge Cannon's reasoning.

The DOJ smartly split the baby on the matter and instead of seeking a stay on everything, only sought it for the classified documents. So Trump can get his special master review of the other documents for any potential matters of privilege. But the DOJ can proceed with its review of the classified documents for their criminal investigation and national security review.

Big win for the DOJ.
