"Associated Press Headline: Trump Historically Ruled Out of Election by Court Decision"
According to an 8 a.m. disclosure on the Associated Press website, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump's name cannot appear on Colorado's ballot due to his alleged involvement in the Capitol riots in January 2021.
The ruling was passed with a 4 to 3 result, and all seven judges of the state reportedly have democratic nominations.
This ruling overturns a previous district court ruling. The district court held that Trump's role in the Capitol riot was not enough to deprive him of his eligibility to run for president in the state.
The Colorado Supreme Court is not the Federal Supreme Court, and the ruling cannot deprive Trump of his candidacy rights in other states across the United States.
However, losing a state without voting is a blow for Trump, the leader of the Republican party and its most popular figure. An appeal to the federal courts is inevitable for Trump.
Trump as the leader of pragmatic foreign relations, initiated the trade war against China, and was the first to significantly increase tariffs on a wide range of our exported goods.
Since Biden took office, not only has he not lifted the tariffs, but he has intensified the situation, even creating alliances to contain China.
So at this stage, no matter who becomes the U.S. president, they won't be too friendly towards China, which is a consensus.
Our people should keep a clear head about this. In face of the struggle between the U.S. Democratic and Republican parties, we should just enjoy the show!
Congratulations to Comrade Trump for the opening of the counterattack drama in the Federal Court!
