People like to be cynical about decentralization, transparency and censorship resistance being what "the stake" values but I'm of the opinion that not only are those ideals what give the value proposition to steem but are also what most "stake" (excluding the 'fackyou' stake) values and sooner or later this will materialize, be it with or without SunChildOfBrat
