Thank for this! It is very thoughtfully well written and it really helps me put things in perspective. I absolutely agree that we could learned from out past but shouldn't keep looking back at the past.

Another point I would like to add is that, do not compare yourself with other people. It would only bring you down. Focus on yourself.
