Knoya - the City of Hearts
Konya comes from the old Roman city called Iconium.
This city has a lot of Turkey culture as this is a city that has been continuously inhabited since Roman times. The local people here can go back to many generations.
Romantic Night Sightseeing
Take an evening tour and go for the night sightseeing.
It is a small town but the city is designed in such a way that even their local Turkey people come here for photos after photos.
This is right in the town center. You can't miss it.
You see the following sign staring at you right in the center of the main street.
We meet a lot of Turkey toursists in the big forum area.
If you don't have a car, you can take the city metro to downtown.
It is very convenient.
You can turn into some of the side streets where there are many restaurants for you to try.
After dinner, take a stroll in the downtown park.
You can rest in one of the benches and watch the people go by. This is what we love doing, just like sitting at the Spanish steps in Rome.
You learn a lot about people just watching them passing by.
And Konya provides this downtown area for tourists and locals to sit and relax. Be sure to come here at night and catch the night scene.
