Kuju Flower Park In Kyushu
Hello everyone,
I’d like to take you to the Kyushu region that I visited in the spring last year. My friends and I had a great time there and I got a lot of beautiful photos. On that day the weather was nice, and we decided to travel somewhere with gorgeous natural views.
Kuju Flower Park
The Kuju Flower Park (Kuju Hana Koen) is located at Taketa City, Oita near the hot spring area of Beppu and Yufuin. It's an hour drive from Oita prefecture. You can enjoy nature with the beautiful carpet of flowers in the park from March to November. This park is quite big so we spent a lot of time there.
There are various flowers in the park depending on the season such as daisies, poppies, hydrangea, nemophila, etc.
Besides that, there are shops, cafes, and restaurants. You can relax and eat delicious snacks and food. For example, lavender flavor soft ice cream.
Don't forget to take photos at Begoria Garden. It is a picturesque spot that you shouldn't miss.
Hours and Fees
Hours: 8:30-17:30
Closed: December -February.
Admission fee: 1,300 yen
If you plan to come to Oita, I highly recommend this place.

WOW! Wonderful park with a lot of colorful and gorgeous flowers. I love them all. The surrounding nature with green trees and the mountains view are also very magnificent. Beautiful photos! ;)
