Good question - you draw it as it is in the pictures in the post- and you find the letters in the phrase: "I am protected against all emf frequencies" while you draw it - color it in - this drawing and coloring of it - will put you in the necessary receptive state in your subconscious to receive that symbol into your subconscious as a command, prayer, spell, charm - and then - I like to hang it where I can see it and when I look at it i affirm in my heart emotionally that it is done.
