it is so important to make time to connect with yourself, something I have been rather bad at lately, so thank you for the reminder and this beautiful self love exercise xx
Hey trucklife-family! nice to hear fro you again. Yes, and this way of doing it, you can even do it sneackily, nobody will notice or disturb you when you take this time for yourself when you accidentally wake up in the middle of the night. And usually my sleep is of much better quality afterwards, so you don't have to worry about losing some sleep over it!
