How many of you are really happy?
People will always ask you about your studies, carrier, salary, and family but has anyone asked whether you are happy rather than asking what's your salary? let us start asking questions like Are you happy ? Do you have a peaceful and stress -free life?
A Person who is well settled having a luxury life may not be happy and a person who has a normal life may not be sad. Its all about the state of mind. We earn money to satisfy our basic needs and have a peaceful life but sometimes we forget what we really want and we do anything to earn more finally ends up in stress. Today all are busy in their work. They dont get time even to look after their children. During our busy schedule, we forget to smile and be happy with others. Even if we participate in any function our mind does not allow us to enjoy the moments. This sometime leads to create may family problems in our life.We get angry for silly reason, when someone asks you any help we tell sorry " I am busy.
If you work for money then you won't be satisfied because human wants have no end. You don't have to find resons for all the things you do in life.Iif something makes you happy without hurting others then no logical reasons is needed for doing a particular thing. Happiness can be found every where like if you wish to dance or sing you dont have to be a profesionlist you can do because it makes you happy thats how we start loving our life.

Real happiness will not come from others it will come from oneself. We should stop searching it from external sources like fellow people and money.
