Man, you had me from the first sentence. And the last paragraph is outstanding. Yes, tribalism and trying to "fit in" is programmed into us, I think. I agree, it's crucial that we become more aware of our thoughts and actions, and see each other as human beings with differences that add beauty to the world, rather than labelling people and generalizing.
