Hello friends of "Steemit" a pleasure to be sharing with you, this time I want to join this wonderful art contest, this week's theme is "Free Drawing" and I wanted to make this legendary character of television series, movies and animation that For many years he has entertained us with his adventures, this artistic work is made only in blue pen on "bristol smooth model cardboard" 35 cm by 28 cm.

Step 1.
Zorro, is an American television series produced by The Walt Disney Company in the 1950s. The series takes place in Los Angeles, when it was part of the old Spanish California, where the town is oppressed by its rulers and this hero fights against injustice and tyranny.
Step 2.
The actor who played the character was "Guy Williams" was born in the year 1924 and died in Argentina in 1989, and was known as Don Diego de la Vega "El Zorro". In his real life he was known as a great swordsman, a sport that led him to opt for the main role. .
Step 3.
"Zorro" rode an extraordinary black horse called "Tornado" was very fast, had as a partner Bernardo, who helped him when he needed it most, his symbol was a "Z" which he always left as a marked memory in his enemies and in any Ledge that could mark.
This character became so popular that they have created many animated series, where we can see the hero riding his black horse again.

I can see that most parts are dark and look like you made use if black pen. How did you create that effect?
hello friend thank you for your positive comments, I have a blue pen but very dark and is the one I use to give those dark shades almost black, so two types of blue pens one can give me softer and softer tones and so I can manipulate certain levels of tonalities and another much darker that datonos very strong but still blue, greetings amgo.
