One of the biggest challenges that the human being has today, is to innovate, since the world at a glance is quite evolved or developed (from the point of view of things made by man), this advance, which it is continuous and in most of the areas in which humanity develops, it does not make it easy for anyone to create, to do something new or simply to innovate in some field of daily life.

In this sense, trends, fashions, customs, cultural patterns, among other factors, which enter into a more valued, cultural or intellectual plane of the human being, also makes innovation difficult.

In one way or another, we are born and the first thing we are taught is to "follow", to imitate, to learn what is already established and to act according to that, although it should be noted that this is also part of our own instinct, but However, this is emphasized to us, and we are taught to think and act according to what society says in general and in particular to what your parents or the people closest to you are transmitting to you, to the point that if you do something different or express a different thought you can be seen in a bad way, even being punished for that intention.

It seems that society in general is terrified of change, it is as if something new produces fear, or seeing it in a not so drastic way because it seems that most human beings are satisfied with the ideas already established, with the culture already established and with the things already done, without giving greater importance or even worry, so we could provide, individually, to any of the areas of that complex systems already established.

But precisely that background, that idea transmitted at the beginning of our lives, is that which lasts in our psyche and leads us to reject what is different or not seek to make a difference.

For what has already been mentioned, it is that it is so difficult to make a trend, to make them follow you instead of following you, to create an idea different from the rest, to create a value to follow instead of following the established values, this ones steemians, yes, it is very difficult, sometimes we can even see it impossible, due to our own intrinsic factors or external factors that prevent us, but it is fundamental that we are creative, that we see beyond what is at first sight, that we seek to change things, that every day we have initiatives to do something new, that we search daily for new ideas in our minds, that we transmit them, that we explore where nobody else has dared to explore.

Do not limit yourself, do not limit your mind to "follow" to continue being followers of others all your life, because although many do not believe it and say that they do not follow anyone, they act independently of what they say or what is established In society or what society tells you to do, deep down we are still the same followers of when we were just children, we continue acting according to society, according to certain established values, there will always be a hidden voice between the crowd telling you what you have to do.
Although with what I said earlier, it seems to contradict me, in the sense that there will always be a voice hidden in the deepest part of our being, introduced at some point by society and by some transmitted value, the fact of following that "voice" that says "Create, Innovate", at the precise moment in which we ignore it and generate a new idea, in that moment the chain of follow-up is broken and a new one is started, but now it will start or start from you.

Create new ideas, Create a trend and have them follow you and do not continue to be a Follower, a Conformist, because for humanity to continue its march towards a bright future you need this type of people, the innovators.
