S/W Development the Open Cloud Platform for utilizing an Application

As Cloud Computing becomes new ICT paradigm, both global cloud service providers (e.g., Google, Amazon, Apple, etc) are widening their business areas. Meanwhile, cloud computing is rapidly expending to various government organizations. However, since cloud service providers only focus primarily on IaaS it is almost impossible to form a global ecosystem around IoT or the mobile industry.   

PaaS(Platform as a Service) provides a method to develop, distribute, operate and manage applications on an open platform for application software developers and application providers.
