The DoD Office of the Inspector General opened an investigation into DynCorp's activities in following the testimonies of Kathryn Bolkovac and Ben Johnston, two DynCorp employees in Bosnia who had witnessed the defense contractor's employees engaging in child sex trafficking. In a way, these documents represent the first, real federal investigation into the criminal activities of DynCorp International . No DynCorp employee has ever been prosecuted justice for one of these crimes.
