I would say one of the best ways to get noticed is to be abundant and informative in your comments and posts. so if you only comment and post things you dont spend much time on or just slap together then your rewards are going to show for that. on the other hand if you post on popular subjects and come up with creative comments more will notice just give it a little time. you will be noticed just give a little time and apply yourself.
