Trend Micro protects companies from malicious emails: the Forrester Research report

Forrester Research has appointed Trend Micro as the leader in the email privacy category. Trend Micro reached the greatest ratings in the categories of "technology management" (sub-category of "product strategy," "deployment options" and "cloud integration," and reached the lowest score among the 12 suppliers considered.

Forrester comments on the outcome saying that "businesses seeking a solution to protect themselves against malicious emails and malware-laden emails should consider Trend Micro." But do emails still count as an assault and infection vector?
