TreeTuesday

I see this tree every day when I go out for my daily walk, in fact it is exactly about 200 feet from the building where I used to work. Of course for Christmas it is decorated as a Christmas tree. Unfortunately even though I see it nearly every day and have been seeing it for a long time I have no idea what species it is, I don't know what it is called, if it is a pine tree or what.
