This is Sappy. He's sad because he's just a little sapling. But, he's also happy because he knows someday, assuming nobody tramples him, he will be a sturdy Red Cedar for the squirrels to play in and birds to call home.

I was once like that Sappy - sad but happy.
With all the challenges Ive been through with my life, I finally am in the state when life is so much better and the past is just a fun memory to look back.
