Tree Tuesday - Plum Trees in Bloom, Spring is a Little Early O.o

This week for Tree Tuesday I have Plum Trees in full bloom

Today I was after Plum Trees as they are in full bloom all over town. Most houses built prior to the 1980s have Plum and Cherry trees in the front, back, or both yards.


I started with the one in my own yard. We also have Cherry, Blooming Cherry, Apple and Pear Trees in the yards.

Going to take a spin about the neighborhood and image some of the many trees in bloom at the moment.
All images were taken today for Tree Tuesday.

And away we go....

This is not a Plum tree but it's almost in full bloom so I included it =)
This one puts out hundreds of blooms first and then leaves.

This is another Not a Plum tree lol but it is in full bloom.
Also today was a sunny warm day with no wind. It almost feels like Spring.... Trees seem to think so.

Now back to Plum Trees.

This one was dense with blooms so I decided to get some close up shots of the blooms.
This one also grows out over the sidewalk so I'm not standing in someones front yard <,< sometimes frowned upon.

Really liked the blooms on this one.



This was another of my favorites a older Cherry Plum. You can tell the Cherry Plums because they have the red,pink, blooms rather than the white ones.





I've only been in a three block radius from the house for all these trees.




Love the splashes of color against the dark green Evergreens

Managed to find a Poppy in bloom today for the Ladies. =)
