    Is that site bogus? There is news on there that would be sweeping the airwaves. Not sure that that site is not fake news. Comments?

      I checked the name of US treasurer Juan Antonio Ceniceros as well as other laws in PDF. THEY are trying a centralize blockchain system for all peoples & nations by 2020.
