Semarajaya Museum

Hello good afternoon everyone, I want to review historical museum in the Klungkung regency, the name is Semarajaya museum. The Semarajaya Klungkung Museum is located on the anggrek road near the Kerta Gosa tourist object. Here we can see and study various types of collections of relics of the past that hold high historical value. When we enter the Museum, we will find 3 main rooms that are places to store collections. Each of the three rooms is used to hold a collection of pre-history objects, historical objects, and objects typical of Klungkung handicrafts. Specifically, the existence of the Semarajaya Klungkung Museum is intended to remember the historic Puputan War events in Bali. This war for the Balinese indeed holds enormous value. Keep in mind, the Puputan Klungkung event is a different event compared to Puputan Margarana. Furthermore, one of the 3 main rooms in this monument also houses a collection of Klungkung Puputan War events. Photographs of the Klungkung kings were also clearly visible in this room, including a photo of Ida I Dewa Agung Gede Jambe who was in a sitting position flanked by two crown prince Ida I Dewa Agung Gede Agung, Ida Tjokorde Rake Pugog (brother of the king) , and the son of Agung Gede Ngurah Pelodot. Various other objects from the kingdom of Klungkung can also be found here. These objects are very diverse, including the antique chairs that served as the seat of the kings and the nobles of the Klungkung Kingdom in the past. In addition, we who come to this museum can see traditional prehistoric objects used by the Klungkung people in the past.
