Lovely story and nice photos. I was there a few years ago and one thing that stuck with me was how old the olive trees were. They are the same trees since biblical times. They have many stories to tell.
Thanks @eroche! Yes, the olive trees there are incredible. I love history, personally seeing all these fascinating places was truly phenomenal. And I'll always remember the remarkable story, having to pick the lock to leave the Garden of Gethsemane. LOL - magical!
