The Delicious Nigerian Bole (pronounced as boleh) | One of the reasons you should visit Nigeria

Dear steemians, what you are seeing on that plate is mouth watering isn't it? Lol 😂 😂 Certainly it is.
It is a combination of roast yam, plantains, potatoes and fish, with red oil gravy/sauce
further spiced with well cut onions, tomatoes and vegetables .. Mhmmmmmm really appetizing.

It is a typical Nigerian dish that we love and it is really satisfying . It is prepared under dry heat and it doesn't take long to prepare.

To enjoy this bole to the fullest, it's better you eat it with bare hands 👐, and also with a chilled bottle of your favorite drink, for me I wash it down with a bottle of coke. 😂
