Bulgarian water park in the Finnish resort

In Sofia today + 20C and so it will be until the end of the week, and then winter again. This is because the month of March in Bulgaria is female and has a changeable character 

On the southern coast of Bulgaria there is an interesting chamber resort "Elenite" (from the word Olen). It was built in the middle of the last century by the Finns, as their "corporate" resort. Later, the resort turned to the Bulgarians, but the infrastructure, which Scandinavian guys built here, is still working and is not childish. But this is another topic.

Now I’ll just show you how nice and beautiful water park there is at this resort. I like him best because of his beauty. In other water parks there are no species, because they stand in the open field beyond Nessebar or Sunny Beach, and this one is built in a gorge and therefore a beautiful, as the Bulgarians say, gledka opens from it! The water park itself can go here and everyone, but for guests of neighboring hotels of this particular resort there is a special discount.

And this is 5 * Royal Castle Hotel. It hangs directly above the water park and together with the green hills creates a fabulous atmosphere.

The water park is called "Atlantis" and is located in the heart of the resort a few meters from the sea.

Prices. Children taller than 90 cm are admitted to the water park for free. All the rest pay: in the morning for the whole day 25 levs (12.5 euros) per person, after 15.00 to 18.30 15 levs (7.5 euros) per person. We did not pay, because we swam as owners.

Prices for chairs are written for owners, that is, for those who have real estate here. They do not pay an entrance fee, but they pay 5 levs (2.5 euros) for an umbrella and a chaise lounge.

The water park is very spacious. There are three large pools, a maximum depth of 110 cm. One duplex.

Children's pool in their children's area. There are three slides here - they are not higher than two meters. There is a bucket hanging upstairs, which is constantly filled with water and overturns. It turns out a lot of nice spray.

Children's pool is shallow - I was knee-deep.

This attraction is only for those who are older than 12, but I would add, also for thin, strong nerves and with an iron spine. You can ride here one at a time, or you can use double blue cylinders in pairs. I skated with my husband. I hardly gave my soul to God for fear - it didn’t get any more! The people there squeal with delight and fights for the cylinders. In general, it is very interesting and breathtaking. True, I shook off my neck and it hurt me later. And I also saw how one obese girl kicked her coccyx. Very much.

This is a central large pool, the first level of which rolls all of these colorful hills. The whole slide is called Skat, there is Anaconda on it, Niagara - straight slopes and the Giant skating rink - blue open twisted tape. I liked her the most. There you can even ride with the kids - the speed is constantly changing and you can control it, unlike the high-speed straight descents. I didn't even have time to pinch my nose there.

Restroom. There are two of them. Is free.

There are checkers on each slide, and lifeguards with whistles sit on the poolside below. On the territory of the water park there is a medical center.

You can get from the resort "Sveti Vlas" to the water park in Elenite by bus, in just 10 minutes and 2.5 levs per person.
