Travelling !!!!!DREAM CITY!!!!!
Hi steemians!!!
good evening!!!
i was spending my all day by travelling on Lalbag kella..it is a Mughal fort complex that stands before the Buriganga River in the southwestern part of Dhaka, Bangladesh. The construction was started in 1678 AD by Mughal Subahdar Muhammad Azam Shah who was son of Emperor Aurangzeb and later emperor himself...
His successor, Shaista Khan, did not continue the work, though he stayed in Dhaka up to 1688....it is the most valuable place for bangali...It gives the more information on east bangla and keep a good role on bangali culture too..At 2:00 pm,me and my friend Sayera was going on from my institution,,,because it was so near at my campus,,,we were walking on the road and tried to enrich something..
When we reached the gate of lalbag kella street,,there were so many crowd because this place is now seem as a tourist spot...By acheving two ticket we entered the museum...i was so surprized to see the beautiful scene...
It was built on 1678..There has a garden on the back front of mosque...so nice garden with different flower..
people were gathering to take selfie behind the garden...it was so memorable day for me..we took the selfie inside the tomb...

There are some underground tunnels in the fort which are now sealed..... It is said that two of the tunnels lead to now ruined Zinzira Fort which was on the other side of the Buriganga River... Now a days,,Buriganga river is polluted by the garbage of all metarials and many lotus ...The environment of those area is not well and always smelled bad flavor ..Disgasting!!!Another passage was made as a maze.... It is claimed that many defeated soldiers of the Sepoy Revolution of 1857 tried to run away through the passage and lost their lives....
