The river is part of natural life that has strong ties with humans. The river becomes a place where civilization often begins. Rivers are synonymous with water sources, and even synonymous with life. Therefore, rivers need to be preserved and kept clean, healthy and keep flowing.

This Saturday, we spent time with our children and wife visiting a dam in Purbalingga Regency. Its location is rather far in the center of the city. Located in the village of Slinga. Precisely at Jl. Bend., Dusun III, Slinga, Kaligondang, Kabupaten Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah 53362. You can follow this : https://goo.gl/maps/NHxurf4XHcYuYrnQ7

The Slinga dam or reservoir serves as a bridge connecting the road from the village of Slinga to Patemon Village. It is a reservoir of the Klawing River which is the largest river in Purbalingga.

The Slinga dam complex is often visited by the community for refreshing. This place also has a stopover as well as a light tour along the river Klawing. By cutting the entrance ticket Rp.3,000, - per person as a contribution to the management and cleanliness of this place.

Many interesting photo spots in this place. We can enjoy the calm and beautiful view of the river.

We can also meet local sand miners who work in search of river sand traditionally using boats. In addition, there are many who are busy fishing around the river. Kali or Klawing River does have its own attraction for those who like fishing in the river.

In this Slinga Reservoir complex we can relax with family and people nearby. Of course while enjoying the food that is widely available around this place.
