I remember going as kid and didn’t really think that much of it. I have 3 small children now all under 6. One of these days I should probably take them, Lobethal isn’t to far from my place. I thought maybe they’d cancel the lights this year with the recent fires.
I didn't realise you were local.
We actually went before the heatwave and fires. A few days later and they were on evacuation alerts, with fires heading their way. I'm guessing they weren't accessible by that point.
Ahh that makes sense, I forgot the lights are on display for many weeks leading up to Christmas.
