If you use an iPhone, borrow someone's phone and visit Apple's Icloud home page, lock your Icloud, the thief will not be able to do anything, all your data will be preserved.

I don't know yet. I don't have another phone yet. But I am trying to get one soon just to see because I will be able to relax more if I know I can access important things.
