RE: The Naschmarkt - Vienna - Austria
I to am a creature of habit I think we all are we get used to the way we are doing things, if I shoot one of the local events I do a lot of quick edits in lightroom as I don't find myself being so picky for those especially when its free work for them and they want them in a hurry LOL
but for most of the photos I edit other than that I do most of the editing in Photoshop
It’s probably because the stock agencies are very picky about dust spots and cigarette butts spoiling a shot! I’ve always had to edit every image painstakingly. I even do it for Steemit, but not because it’s for Steemit. My workflow includes actions that save the edited photo for stock. I just then add the copyright symbol and have an action that downsizes it and saves it in a different folder for Steemit. So anything that is not already submitted to stock is edited and ready to go - whether as editorial shots or creative.
I think we all have our favorite workflows for whatever works for us.
Yes I think everyone has their own way of doing things with editing and unlike many I dont think there is a right way or a wrong way there is the way that works best for the individual,
Yes for photos I edit if there are dust spots or unwanted things like cigarette butts then I always edit them in Photoshop, Lightroom does have a spot removal tool now, but its habit again I have always used Photoshop for that
We agree!
