They brought in free dog poo bags in Wigan a few years ago. They were empty in a day or two and never refilled. The posts stand there today...rusting....empty. You can get free dog shit bags at Saunton Sands beach car park in North Devon as well. They even refill them there.....oh the memories!
I can believe this is our towns, gone and vandalized or both. its a different world in Europe.
Still makes a difference that little strip of water doesn't it? It has saved us from invasion in the past though so I suppose it has it's good side.
