Well, if you come to Bratislava again visit the Koliba Kamzik to eat Slovak food. We really love this restaurant. They are not really cheap but the quality is very good and the waiters are friendly and professional. Also you find more locals than tourists there which is often a good indicator.
Also the Zylinder is a nice and recommendable restaurant.
