What an awesome experience. Because we are about to embark on a traveling journey I often look up how difficult or easy it may be to order food in various countries. So far I’ve read that Thailand may be the most challenging place to order plant based… I guess we just won’t know until we get there.

I think that in Thailand you need to be very careful with the ingredients. Just learn a couple of phrases and you'll be fine :)
