Wow, superb shots! Didn't saw that smaller lagoon when I was there; Açores definitely deserves another visit! Have you checked any of the other islands?
Well, the name of the town Sete Cidades actually derives from six volcanic lakes that can be found around. And there is a few more just a couple of kilometers away. I love this part of the island. We lived so close that I could walk up to the lakes in just one hour.
Nope, we haven´t been to any other island yet. There is so much to be seen and explored on Sao Miguel :)
