How fantastic, what great dogs :-) Love reading about your trek and how the dogs looked after you :-) I've had dogs in Thailand who would go walking and swimming with me - made me feel safer and happier to have company out in the wild :-)
It was a great experience and yes they made me feel safer in my entire stay on the rice terraces. You're lucky to have dogs like them :)
