This is quite common in Taiwan as well, particularly in the villages, less in cities. Some say it causes cancer, dont know if it true, but you can see their gums are all red from eating it which is quite scarey
I don't know how I missed your comment. Yeah was indeed scary also when they spit ot out, looks like blood 😬
