Thai cuisine. Phat Thai (Thai style fried noodles).
Yesterday and today were at sea. Wonderful sea, wonderful beach, great weather.
I will show you the Thai sea and the beaches that we love to visit, a little later.
And today - my favorite dish, which my husband and I always take, being in Thailand.
This is Thai style fried noodle, Phat Thai. If you say it out loud, you’ll be understood.
Fried noodles.
As a rule, sprouted wheat shoots, 2-3 garlic greens, and grated peanuts are added to it. Sometimes a pile of grated peanuts is laid separately, and sometimes it is simply sprinkled on top.
Noodles come in two flavors: with chicken or with seafood. If you take seafood, there will be shrimp.
Today we took a chicken.
It’s good that a few years ago we brought this noodle for the first time, as expected, with all the individual spices laid. But today, no spices were served, I asked separately, "and where?" and if I ate for the first time, I would not even know that there should be more spices.
As a rule, spices are served to this noodle separately: ground hot red pepper, vinegar, hot pepper in soy sauce (to be soaked) and sugar. This is for those who love sweet and sour.
Everything is very delicious. The spiciness can be made to any taste.
