Just down the road from me, near the Quebec border, there is a Pizza shop that specializes in poutine pizza.

It’s pizza crust, topped with gravy (instead of tomato), frites and cheese curd. Then, you can add the toppings like pulled pork or Montreal Smoked meat. etc etc.

It’s amazing after an evening of drinking/partying.
