Refreshing Moments at a Lagos Swimming Pool
On the last day of last year, not having been to a pool for several weeks, I decided to have some refreshing moment at a hotel not too faraway from my home. I had learnt to swim quite impressively in my teenage years and do not have phobia for pools as most of my friends do.
I arrived the pool in the afternoon when the brilliant sun was burning wildly in the blue sky hovering above the place. The pool was neat and less crowded, perfect for a refreshing bath, perfect for a fine gentleman like yours sincerely to display some swimming skills.
Before diving into the glassy pool, however, I couldn't overcome the temptation of first having a bottle of beer and then a plate of peppery fried turkey. Afterwards, I found myself in the beautiful pool, in the company of some pretty ladies and other handsome gentlemen.
I returned home refreshed and renewed. Thanks to a wonderful swimming adventure.
