It is nice to hear that you visited Lithuania twice already:) The Old Town of Vilnius is totally a different experience, but is definitely charming in its own way and something I do from time to time even though I live here for about 20 years.
Talking about hills, I wish you were right, but the highest hill is Aukstojas, which is just 293.84m above the sea level:)
