Oh my goodness, Aruba is much different than I imagined. Volcanic? I too would have expected Palm trees, lol Definitely much more rugged than expected, I bet the hiking would be so fun...an archeologists dream :) Beautiful @dswigle!!!
Well the truth is the other side of the island is where Sandy with palm trees, but Cactus is a common theme and it surprises a lot of people. They haven't had rain here in so long but so much is very dry, but this side of the island is always like this with the volcanic rock in the quartz and very interesting.
Oh, you know! If I want palm trees I would go to Florida! LOL thank you so much for stopping by and saying hello and leaving you're always wonderful words behind.
