Wow. A pretty ambitious hike. I did some 'hard core' packing as a young man. Today I carry about 30kg on my motorcycle. It's still 'camping small' but with some comforts for my bones (and softer tissue :)).
Finding good water is a real treat. A blessing, I think.

It was a good experiment. My pack was comfortable enough for me to enjoy the trek, while being heavy enough for me to notice a negative impact on my feet and lower back. Yes that water was a blessing!
