Ngong Ping 360 Experience
It's my first time going abroad and I am quite excited to visit a foreign land. Me and my former colleagues went to Ngong Ping in our first day after arriving the night before. We were fully rested and ready for a long walk ahead.
We rode the MTR and lined up. But since we purchased our ticket online or via KLOOK we were prioritized, we got it for PHP 1133.00 for round trip. So we did not have to wait very long to get in the cable car.
P.S. This is Rilakkuma, my cute travel buddy, you will see a lot of him in my future travel blogs. :)
An official photographer will take your picture and yu can claim it if you want for a fee after the ride.
As the cable car accelerate I felt a little nervous but seeing this magnificant view made me all relaxed and excited at the same time.
See for yourself. It will take you from to air, water and land. :)
These lavish mountains are so green. if you zoom in you can see a waterfall.
Zooming in.
Even little Rilakkuma is enjoying this view.
There were several turning points until the Tian Tan Buddha appeared.
That is where we get off.
We took several pictures before we started the climb to the top to see the giant Buddha.
The place is solemn and very interesting. Praying for all of these . :)
The climb then started. It was a hot day and this climb made us sweat more but as you ascend the view keeps on getting better.
Almost there. I can hear people climbing catching their breath just like me.
Then finally we are able to reach the top. This is the view.
Inside is an airconditioned room and it looks like there are people buried there or maybe their ash were stored there. There are people who are selling jade jewelries and golden buddha statues in several sizes, it was not permitted to take prhotos inside.
Then we started the descend and we were very tired but somehow our spirits were lighter. We took another 30 minutes ride of the cable car to go back to our destination.
It was a great place to visit first as there are still less people than usual. This new culture and place gives a vibe of positivity and enlightenment.
Next stop Hong Kong Disney land. Do visit it when posted. I had a lot of fun there too. :)
Please do support @surpassinggoogle, he has been an amazing person. I support him as a witness. I voted for him at https://steemit.com/~witnesses. It would be very much appreciated if you do the same by voting him at https://steemit.com/~witnesses and then type in "steemgigs" at the first search box. If you want to give him witness voting decisions on your behalf, visit https://steemit.com/~witnesses again and type in "surpassinggoogle" in the second box as a proxy.
Also, a big thanks to @bayanihan for always supporting my posts.
