Sun Bears!

I've always loved sun bears, maybe it's because they remind me of Tidus (my dog) so much. They are quite fun to watch when they decide they want to be active, though most of the time they tend to lazily lounging high among the trees. We decided to go to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre to donate and get an up-close view of how they are trying to protect these sun bears. The centre is really nice and they enforce rules about being courteous and quiet for the bears. They have a walkway that goes around a few of the habitats in which you are eye level with sleeping bears in the trees. I couldn't get enough of this little one just laying about on this limb with their tongue sticking out!
