Cave - a natural empty space in a rock of size that allows it to penetrate by man. Most caves are karst, gravitational, tectonic, glacial, windy-erosion or pseudo-karst caves.

Marble Caves - Caves in Chile formed on the postglacial lake of General Carrera, through which the Argentinian-Chilean border. The lake itself is located on the border between Argentina and Chile, but the caves are located on the Chilean side. The most popular caves are:

Chapel (La Capilla)

Cathedral (El Catedral)

Cave (La Cueva).

Blue-gray caves, formed over 6,000 years ago by marble erosion. The caves are located in the region which is the world's largest marble deposit. The brightly-blue rocks sunk in the turquoise waters of General Carrera Lake make this place a little unearthly and unparalleled in nature.
