Marvel fans assemble! (Tokyo June 2017 Part 1)

If you are currently in Tokyo and you are also a fan of Marvel Comics, you are at the right post! Roppongi Hills, a relatively new landmark that features a variety of shops and restaurants is currently exhibiting a BIG Marvel collection including life size movie-based figures and tonnes of other movie costumes. There's actually a lot more to see at Roppongi Hills as it also features arguably the best Tokyo city view.(Clear view of Tokyo tower and some say you can also see the Skytree if the skies are EXTREMELY clear). But yeah it comes at a price and admission is like 1500 yen per person, which isn't too bad to be honest as you get to visit the exhibition and enjoy the night view as well. You can also choose to upgrade your ticket with another 500 yen to go onto the Sky Deck for an outdoor view which I personally recommend if you are a big time photographer. The greasy windows and reflections from flashlights were a major put off if you are looking for the best pictures for your IG updates. You will need to take the Hibiya Subway Line (Grey Line) to get to Roppongi and take a 5-7 minute walk to get to Roppongi Hills after exiting the subway station. The Hibiya Line also passes through Ginza and Tsukiji Market, so a sensible route would be to visit the market in the morning (and by morning i mean REALLY REALLY EARLY if you want the freshest sushis), after that you can either take a 20-30 minute walk to Ginza or you can get back on to the Hibiya Line. After some shopping and rest in Ginza take a subway ride to Roppongi for the exhibition and night view. Be sure to act fast if you would like to visit the exhibition as it is only available till 25th June. 10 DAYS LEFT!!!




The BIG ASS Iron Man figure (or statue??) is one of the major selling points in this exhibition, and yeah overall it was a pretty nice experience. Hope you guys like it!!!
