Best Eggs Benny’s in the World

One of my favourite places is Yelapa, a gorgeous beach side Mexican village nestled in the jungle south of Puerto Vallarta and only accessible by boat. Apparently some of the rock n’ roll greats like Bob Dylan used to hang out in Yelapa in the 60’s! Not only is Yelapa quaint, quiet, beautiful and worth a visit, it offers some of the best food I have ever enjoyed and in my opinion Chef Susan of Cafe Bahia at the Pier serves the absolute best Eggs Benny’s I have ever tasted!
